From area and price range of the home, all the way to style and if you are looking to flip or hold.The key is to not be a secret if you are looking to invest, network, network, network. 

Another possibility would be to find a hard money lender in your area that lends funds at that range(50K).

The fee ranges from under $50 to over $1,000 with no requirement to justify the fee based on work performed.

Bought the whole kitchen with all appliances included (frig, range, d/w, micro, and extra built in oven that we will probably sell) for $1,000, plus $75 for the UHaul rental.

The issue is that once it has been moved it will not be eligible for FHA financing anymore which is the way most buyers would want to purchase in this price range.
