We have been house hacking for the past year and it has been very rewarding but challenging too as I am sure all of you house hackers know.

So after the first few deals you may find it more of a challenge to get the loans.

It is more of a challenge to manage the pool and exercise room than you may think but students would certainly like to have them, as well as a fire pit to gather around. 

It's unlikely we'll see real end to the now very familiar challenges to the Austin housing market, which is supported by arguably the best job market in the country, until we get all major stakeholders on board with a code rewrite that directly speaks to those challenges.

Lots of Airbnb's in the area, but this gives it a unique factor?????

All software have a learning curve, and is unique.

This is somewhat of a unique situation that really just depends on the parties involved so I don't know that anyone is going to be able to give you a definitive answer.
