Or option B, insurance / corporate rental/ assisted living, traveling nurses etc is more hassle obviously but one can utilize this house in parts if more cash flow is needed.

Account Closed I buy travel trailers, so it's a bit different than real estate, but I think the negotiation principles are the same.It depends on the property.
