Hello all! As the title says,  I am from Crawfordsville, IN and I'm just starting to venture into real estate.

I graduated from Purdue University in December of 2013 after majoring in Financial Counseling and Planning. I started a job as a Credit Analyst one day after graduation. It's through this job that I began getting background knowledge about real estate.

For the past several months I have been reading many finance books to learn about different ways to invest and produce cash flow. I have come to the conclusion that real estate would be the best way to produce the cash flow that I am looking for to be able to provide a great life for my wife and I, as well as future kids.

Currently,  my goals are focused on just buying my first investment rental property. I feel that in the area that I live there are several properties that could become great rentals. Eventually, once I am confident in my own abilities to close deals and run these properties, I would like to get into the multi-unit complexes. These would most likely have to be purchased outside of my home town, but only 30-60 minutes away .

I'm very excited to get to know everyone and hope to further my education to be able to purchase my first property by the end of the year! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
