Would they still do overall title search to identify any issue before current owner even though the owner don't warrant it?

I did some quick searches and it looks like the average should be around $300-350.

The inside- trends are toward gray paint- search forums- there are several posts on what grays people are using.

@Robert Foley, According to rentometer and a craiglist search of comparable rents in the area, 2k in rent is possible since it is triplex.
