DFW Wholesale wanna be...looking for guidance

I recently left corporate America in search of a life in real estate. I looked at flipping, at getting a real estate license and even commercial investing. Then I came across “Real estate Wholesaler’s” and how it all works. I’m so interested in learning the ins and outs and have tons of questions. If you have ever wanted to pay it forward and teach someone the ropes please contact me. I’m eager to get started and want to shorten the learning curve as much as possible.
