Although I would advise against that if you can keep your spend more steady so you don't loose mind share amongst your customers and partners.In general I prefer to hire most jobs based on value and not take on W-2 overhead. 

But to me, not relevant to the question at hand.  

I am an agent but mostly use it to facilitate my own investments.I do find things that are discussed here on BP to be very relevant to things I am doing here and in other locations.  

Google Alerts and Custom Newsfeeds tend to keep me in the Rabbit Hole.  

There's a reason why a lot of contractors (roofers for example) love to work on insurance claims instead of for individual customers :)
