I'm a real estate agent working on enhancing the content I share with my clients. Studying the way the bigger pockets forum community communicates has been helpful in being able to better articulate local information that my clients are looking for. I work almost exclusively with clients selling and buying investment properties, and am hoping to strengthen my connection with them through engaging with the kinds of questions and topics I see in bigger pockets. No sales pitch, just trying to improve my existing connections with clients and get them the info they're asking for! Namaste

Hi Ann,

I work only on Martha's Vineyard. There really isn't any crossover with people looking for homes on both Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard (or Nantucket). I grew up on the Cape, and in the summer time it's actually easier and more direct to get to Martha's Vineyard than to most areas on the Cape, due to bridge, traffic and lack of ports. Most of our property owners are from the Boston area though, so they tend to be experts at navigating Cape traffic to get here :)
