Cheap, good warranty and decent consumer grade carpet. 

Hopefully I can find some decent middle-grade windows that are fairly priced-- AND someone who knows how to install them properly.Any brand recommendations?

.- As an independent investor has a hard time buy qualified notes due to institutional money snatching up anything higher than a B grade where the yield is.- Fair lending requirements removed some of the most valuable Q&A you used to be able to do with borrowers.- Tax reporting is a pain, they haven't sent great records of capital gains/losses and I'm doing it myself.My disclosures: I'm about an 800 note investor, these thoughts above are my own.

Here in the south, they're typically in the front yard of the house and the meter box contains the meter and shutoff and typically about 12" below grade. 

I would never use a builder that wouldn't let you pick your materials or at least designate, budget, mid grade or high end.   

An Ohio map that I reference has areas of Clark Fulton anywhere between C- and B grade. 

Most people read at a 8th grade education.
