With so many people we know needing different types of facilities in the Care industry it is dear to our hearts.

I am building houses on these lots and wish to sell to people who have capital gains so that they can benefit from the tax breaks.

In reality, very few people ever use gyms....especially when on vacation....

@Don Konipol I think the biggest barrier people see before choosing either path you noted is accessing capital.

For me, the KEY WAS FINDING ROCKSTAR TEAM MEMBERS who are amazing at what they do...I've found that Chicago has a ton of people in our community who are more than willing to help each other out and GROW OUR COMMUNITY TOGETHER!

Start with people you know, people you work with.

If people are not willing to a small amount on a background check, that's a clear sign you should not deal with these people.
