Opportunity Zone Fund
I own vacant lots in a Qualified Opportunity Zone. I am building houses on these lots and wish to sell to people who have capital gains so that they can benefit from the tax breaks. I am looking for information on how to structure and market property in an Opportunity Zone Fund. If you have information or can point me in the direction where I can find it I would appreciate it.
