I am interested in talking to anyone and everyone in order to network and learn as much as I can, especially people from the Bakersfield area.

I'd love to network with anyone in the central Indiana area.My background is I am a real estate investor with two real estate agents/ investors for parents, leading to me being around the business my whole life and learning a great deal from them.

I would like to learn a few fix and flip then get some buy and hold for longevity.It's scary of not knowing where to actually start but I know My mentor will be teaching me a lot on how to get started and just go for it instead of just reading and wishing to start, as I know if I keep positive and educating myself through these forums, blogs, books, and networking I will be able to succeed and help mentor others in the future.

Not too sure about the market here in Vegas though.I look forward to becoming an active member and being able to network with some local investors here!

Looks like just over 15 members so far, so should be a good way to network with some fellow investors, and I can give you a run-down of Bay Area rent controls and rent levels in different areas (and resources to find more detailed info), if your properties or future investments are around here.

I would suggest going and networking with as many people as possible.

I know there are bunch of members from your area that you can network with.You might want to put up who it is you're looking for, such as a good attorney who understands working with real estate investor, as separate posts so people will respond and help you in that capacity.

Would like to get a network together to bounce ideas off of and leverage each others experience.Looking forward to this forum it seems exactly what I was looking for!
