Newbie from Bakersfield, California

Hello All,

I am new to BP as well as the real estate/investing world. I have family that have been in real estate for their entire careers, so from a very young age I have been interested in making real estate my career as well. I just recently (about 4 months ago) got hired at Olivieri Commercial Group, a commercial real estate firm in Bakersfield, CA. My intentions and ambitions are to invest in flipping and hold-on-to residential properties (1-4 units) and eventually get more involved in commercial investments once I gain more experience.
