This is not for doxing him or slandering him.I rented a house from DJ, he was the middle man so I already know from several court documents he can't be found to be perso ally liable since he isn't on the lease or sale documents yet acted as the property management company and was my point of contact.He managed to convince me his company was very good to rent from we've only owned houses so I had to learn a lot of lessons in the 2 month time frame I stayed in thst cindemnable house.

After we made ourselves the VERY squeaky wheel for the last 6-8 months, they made a substantial financial effort to get us back on track.

Can we get bad tenant out in a month in NC? 

I am a rookie with only 1 rental property as a house hack and I was using rent redi as my payment software until I realized that it charges the tenant a 10 dollar fee every time so goes and pays rent and I don't like that at all if I already paying them every month through my pro membership.

Their monthly service is quite expensive and we would like to detangle from their services and manage the LLCs on our own.

@Ryan Cleary I tend to agree with your thoughts - the ease of management/no maintenance was why I was looking into the 3bed+ luxury condo market.I would prefer to get a STR in an area that we like to vacation a few times a year, using the revenue to subsidize the cost of ownership (which is why appreciation potential is more important to me than monthly cash flow).Finding a newer luxury home that is walking distance to a nice beach in my price range has been challenging.

We have had offers of $430K on it few months ago as was.

I sympathize with the tenant but I am thinking to send them an email reminder that rent is due on 1st of the month and its not okay to continuously pay late rent.
