The health issue will go on for awhile, but eviction stays won't last.

Now we officially got the deed.

The City Building Official freaked out that I've not used a licensed contractor for ALL the work..I used separate licensed contractors for the Asbestos removal, drywall, roofing and HVAC.

Today, i officially got deny to open a simple online savings account with Ally Bank because they require to be a green card holder / citizen.

I live about an hour away, so it's pretty easy to get to.With the pandemic, I had to shut down for a couple of months, then per our county's health department, was only able to rent for two-week stays or longer. 

Also, I haven't officially met the tenants yet.
