Hello, I am a college student who has saved up money and is looking to invest in rental properties. I have done a ton of research and just want to jump in so I can learn from experience. However, I only have this money that I have been saving for years. I wanted to see if anybody could check out this deal in Waco Texas and tell me if it is worth my time and effort. What are the next steps that I need to do? I just want to jump into real estate and really need someone to help guide me.
