Are they the ideal tenant, of course not but in the grand scheme of things paying late (with the late fee) doesn't on its own make them a below average tenant.

Get 10 grand up front and a nice monthly amount to cover your obligations plus some cash flow . 60-70% of folks can’t get a bank loan .

If I wanted somebody telling me how to look, dress, and act, I'd stick with W2 employment.A bit off topic, but from what I've been told by folks in that crowd, one of the grand ironies of it all is that when there are the best deals, it is the hardest to find capital; and when the deals are scarce are when it is easy to find investment capital.

I think there is some grand illusion that private money is cheaper than HML.. when in fact the rates are basically the same and private could be higher.. it goes without saying that this lady is responding to the criminal pump and dump scammers that infect Social Media platforms.

I didn't care that I had only had a grand or two.
