While grabbing a house at a deal and selling it is badass on a financial side, psychologically I do think some people aren't able to take a sum that large for doing practically nothing.

Sometimes you can use the needle-nose pliers to grab the top end of the hairball, if it is visible, and pull it up.You will probably come up with a wad of hair with soap/shampoo residue on it; it looks like you're gutting an alien from a sci-fi movie.

For things like cold/heat snaps, I am sure to have back up fans/space heaters to use in emergency situations and have it available for guests or easily accessible that they can grab themselves if I am not available to deliver it.
