I would recommend diving into as much content on here as possible with videos, podcasts, webinars, etc.Great job on getting your license as well.

I had a buddy of mine who does mold inspection look at the video and he says its more than likely just dust build up and the coils just need a good cleaning which is a couple hundred vs the $1050.

Today’s world uses the internet and smart phones to view their future home, and you only have a split second to capture that person’s attention with a photo or video!  

Paying down a chunk of your debt will improve your credit score and since you'd be applying for a residential mortgage, perhaps you could get away with only putting 15% or 10% down, although you'd still be subject to PMI.

It's kinda discouraging seeing how easy it seems in the US, and how close it seems to breaking the law in Canada... but according to some youtube videos and web pages, people here are doing it.
