You could be onto a great deal, but make sure your sitting pretty without having to raise the rents, because if you have to raise rents to make it work, your gambling!

Aren't you able to find any info on different rent advertisement platforms ?

As far as tagging, I did it just like you would on any other social media platform by typing the at symbol and typing their name right after it with no space in between @Darcy Maiangowi

You may also be interested in trying realtyshares or some type of other crowdfunding platform.

This way BP wouldn't have to spend an exorbitant amout of man hours for this, all we would need would be a platform.   

I don't know if you are trying to make comparisons between residential and commercial or simply using it as a platform to better understand the overall market trends in certain cities.Continuing, you would have to ask more seasoned investors in the MPLS marketplace as to what they hope to receive in cap rates for SFH.

BP is a great platform to network and learn. l have a learned a lot since I have been on it.
