Newbie from Vancouver, Washington

Hello BP Community! I've been lurking around the site for some time now just trying to gather as much info and perspective from all different types of investors. I, myself, am a new investor looking to start a wholesaling business. I don't have any real estate background but have worked in the construction industry for the last decade.

Currently, I'm working on my yellow letter campaign and driving for dollars. Next month I'll be scaling up my marketing with postcards and frequent sit in at local REIA meetings. I want to thank those involved with the development of BiggerPockets. Most questions I think of have been asked and answered here. Plus, the Podcasts have been enjoyable and informational!
