I read the book Rich dad poor dad and it opened up my eyes for real estate investing. glad to have found this site it, excited to begin learning.

I have been listening to the BP podcasts daily and have read both Rich Dad Poor Dad by David Kiyosakai and The ABC's of Real Estate Investing by Ken McElroy.

I went through the Beginner's Guide and I'm currently following Josh Cantwell, and I think he is sharing a lots of detailed information too.I am following the podcasts,and I had to read the legendary "Rich dad-poor dad" everyone talks about.Anyway,I am highly motivated,energetic and hard worker and would like to connect with you all.SC ,NC real estate professionals,please give me a chance, I would like to build a long term,quality relationship with you all!

But my interest in real estate came about after reading books such as "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and "The Four Hour Work Week".

I have read numerous books that have expanded my thinking and have many more to listen to and read - Finally read "rich dad, poor dad", the millionaire mind, the millionaire real estate investor, 4 hour work week, e-myth, and now I'm in the middle of the one thing (but I plan to re-listen to them all again)I've been in contact with some of the wisest and  most generous people that I have ever "met". 

I'd rather have the disposal.I do tell the tenants to throw all food stuffs in the trash and not the disposal.

I was searching through my Audible books yesterday and started Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Other than real estate, my hobbies include weightlifting, indoor rock climbing, hiking, reading, traveling and eating a wide variety of food.
