Ready to Learn in NYC

Originally from Dayton, OH I moved to NYC 9 years ago to go to school musical theatre and work as a performer. After a performing on Disney Cruise for 9 months followed by years of bartending I wanted something more. Real estate has always been a second passion of mine watching HGTV since in the womb and tackling diy projects. I took the plunge and have been a Real Estate Salesperson here in NYC focusing on Upper Manhattan. I have done very well in the rental market and have found myself again....wanting more. I was searching through my Audible books yesterday and started Rich Dad Poor Dad. I honestly was clueless with what I was about to listen to...I had heard the title mentioned over the years. Needless to say I ended up not going to bed until 3am, I couldn't stop listening. Real Estate Investing has always been in the back of my mind but I was always waiting for surplus cash to get started. I've decided now is the time to start learning so I am here to absorb as much as I possibly can!
