When you're driving to do errands you're keeping an eye out on properties.

So I see all these videos about tiny homes and it got me thinking after I saw one that was a converted bus.Is there a way you could buy a duplex rent both sides out then live in somthing like that or a rv or somthing.I mean you can buy a cheap one for like 10k it doesn't need to be able to drive just heat cool and provide electricity and toiletrysAnd I'm sure you can build everything you need in the property for not to much

I also believe in the longer-term upside of the neighboring city and am excited about the potential equity growth there.I'm curious, for those of you who have invested from afar like this--what single resource or piece of advice will made the biggest impact on my success investing in another city?

My PM and I were driving to one of my properties, and he said, "Oh, I know of this ten unit deal, but the price is kinda high, I doubt you'd be interested."

I've been "driving for dollars" here which is good but I'm also open to starting with a list of homes and targeting that way. 

Driving for dollars works here in the same way to build your list.
