My goal is to own five properties by the end of 2016 but if only one happens that is also great (got to dream big).

I want to achieve financial freedom and eventually buy our dream home and rent my current home.

Yes, I have big dreams.

I have purchased several SFH for primary use, but never as an investment.I don't know what I want to do yet, or how to do it.I am leaning towards Buy and Hold for Multi Family homes, but dabbling with the thought of doing some private lending.I'm probably similar to a lot of you folks that dream big but don't have access to a lot of funds (yet) to make it happen.In the meantime I am doing a lot of trolling and listening to webinars and podcasts.See you around!
