Hi BiggerPockets community! I am Dan Frigo and I recently moved to Holden, MA. from Connecticut. I am very excited to be on BiggerPockets and look forward to connecting and learning a lot from this fantastic community.
I am interested in building a thriving wholesaling business in the Worcester area of Massachusetts. I've enrolled in Sean Terry's "Flip2Freedom Academy" and have seen many students become successful. With the coming of spring and my move being over, first baby is now 6 months old I have much more time to devote to real estate.
I've always been interested in real estate. As a child I had dreams of investing and fixing up houses. However, I got caught in the rat race and just went with the ordinary. That is all stopping now as I focus on escaping the 9-5 and building a successful business.
If anyone wants to connect please do not hesitate to reach out. I may be new to the scene but I am eager and determined to make this work.

Hi Daniel, welcome to BP.
This is a great place to learn. Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.
This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business. Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.
Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have. You will definitely want to check out the Black Diamond meeting in Worcester. Unfortunately it was last night and they alternate every other month with their Waltham location so next Worcester one won't be until June. Not much else I know of in that area but there are tons of events when you get more east all the way from the Cape up to Manchester NH.
