Newbie to Real Estate Investing from Richmond, Texas

Have been a site member of BP for many years and finally took the plunge and became PRO member last week. Love the tools that BP offers and the forums, podcasts, Webinars, books help especially to a newbie like me. I'm an RN by profession and love it, but I also have been interested in real estate investing since I was in my 20's living in England. I am currently looking into Buy and Hold properties around Katy, Richmond and Sugarland Texas. I look forward to being a more active member here and look forward to the education and motivation that i will get with like minded people. God bless
