I plan to do primarily direct mail to the owners but wasn't sure if there are any other better ways.

Many alternative lenders simply do not lend on mix-use real estate or require the commercial to residential exposure to be below certain thresholds.

I don't believe they currently have facial recognition, but that doesn't really help you unless the same person keeps breaking in.Attached is a picture from right now looking at some of our cameras.
