Hey,Apparently when we sign up for a BP account we are automatically given the title Investor (or I don't remember that I personally chose that designation).

If only I had taken all 30 year mortgages, I would look so much better..I think this is where your own personal preference wins, but in the end Calvin, incurring debt can make you much more powerful and create wealth (and drastically move the needle on your net worth north) by buying right (below market value), and increasing cash flow on a monthly basis. 

I met with a local investor who was taking advantage of this trend and the super low vancancy rates in Victoria: she and team had just built a 20-unit apartment in Langford: her team designed it with the needs and desires of retirees in mind and it was a huge hit, with it being nearly all rented out when I toured it (and it was still under construction!).
