I have recently acquired an investment property which I am really excited about.  I have a passion for architecture, sustainable design, gardening, and  landscaping. I own three properties total and have hence just entered a new phase of real estate investment.

At the moment I'm trying to develop more fine-tuned business acumen so that I can create greater cash flow and outsource more of the hands-on work.   I want to learn how to get back more time for Ideas, design work, and acquiring the next property. I hope to figure out how to spend  less time doing all the physical grunt work required.

Excited to share with other members.

Josh
