First off, I have to agree wholeheartedly with @Wesley C. and even though I am NO "DOOMSDAY ECONOMIST" and poke fun at times at the literally THOUSANDS of youtube videos, websites, etc that have been predicting a US and/or world economic doomsday for years, even if its not a complete economic collapse with anarchy in the streets and "every man for himself" event with modern civilization ending suddenly, we still do have some scary numbers in a LOT of categories of our economy that scare me to various extents and another "Lehman event" is not at all a far off possibility.

I have watched countless videos on real estate investing and learn a few things here and there but none of the videos answer any on the questions I have clearly.

There were a few videos from Ohio that touched on this subject that were posted a while back.

There are TONS of learning resources about real estate videos.

I found BiggerPockets on my own as I am very motivated to learn and since I've found this site I have been listening to their podcasts and YouTube videos.

I've done a fair amount of researching which included reading books and viewing some investment videos.
