Hey guys!  

I'm so excited to make new buddies, and get into real estate.  I still have some things to square away before I can even look into homes right now (like improving my credit score) but I'm very hopeful and optimistic.  I figure learning is going to be the best tool for me right now while I wait.  

Other than that, I lead a fairly simple and boring life.  I'm a photographer, wife, and mother.
