You'll find that that is where a lot of our profit comes from.As for the cost of low volumes of mail it certainly is expensive on a couple fronts. 1- there isn't enough count to cause much to happen and 2- when I fire up printers that cost me 600,000 each for a short run the cost of doing so is the same as a large order as these machines spit out paper fast.

If you are using actual yellow sheets torn from a pad, that's 16lbs at the most, and I have terminally jammed many machines....I'd suggest switching to regular yellow paper and print the lines on it before blowing up a printer.Most DM companies will be willing to use any sort of envelope you are willing to pay for.
