if in 4 years this is the first buyer to bail thats extremely good.. people get buyers remorse all the time does not mean they lied  they just get worried and change their mind.Most important word in Real Estate sales is   NEXT  

When people is asking to compare syndication vs DST it means it's totally newbie question too sorry too say.I would say the DST is more structured like an REIT, it's the Mercedez Benz of Commercial Real Estate.In syndication it's more like Fast-and-Furious drifting car haha, some of the operators really wild wild west, they are running with DSCR 0.6x to succumb investor's money.

@Petronella Kerssens Hey there Petronella, both markets have fantastic upside and some of the fastest growing markets in the country with tons of commercial projects going on and people moving there everyday.

Our team recognized that it was in an area that was mostly MFH and was able to find that anamoly in the listing that most people would have missed.

People live there because they have no other options.

To keep the home loan people from getting confused, you will want to NOT report the rental income/expenses on your personal tax returns Schedule E, instead have the LLC do an S-Corp election, and report the income/expenses there (after confirming the truthiness of all this with your tax professional, of course).
