I'm getting started on it yesterday actually lol, talked with a FSBO home owner who lives near me on the East side of town.

I've been looking at Riverview, Brandon, Bloomingdale and Valrico which are all on the east side of Hillsborough county.

I have studied investing (primarily stock market) for much of my life but have in the past not done a good job getting a base below me so I can really apply that knowledge in earnest. 5 years ago just after remodeling a home with stone walls built in 1900 with a naive understanding of what the costs and time inputs would be, the housing crash happening right in the middle of this, persevering and turning it into a beautiful home.....Then I was laid off.

Next time a neighbor approaches you about a problem try and find some middle ground so they don't lawyer up.  

Cutting out the middle man is a great way to expedite the process of submitting offers...

In either scenario I do not provide any appliances, reason is that it lessens the chance of receive a middle of the night phone call because the appliance broke or hiring repairmen for that matter.  

Anyone know of someone who is reliable and does snow removal in the East Peoria, IL area? 

At east in the States, banks require lower down payments if you are planning on living at the property rather than just renting it out.  

One wrong measurement you could be parking in the middle of an intersection for a really long time with costs mounting by the minute. 

If a water heater goes out on a Saturday evening and you have to get one installed on Sunday in the middle of winter so they can have hot water you need to have enough in escrow to cover this.
