Moving to tampa fl

My wife and I will be moving to tampa fl in about a month. We've been set back in our RE investing plan we planned on purchasing a home multi-family property in San Antonio. However i've received orders to MacDill AFB in Tampa, Fl. I'm not too familiar with tampa specifically however I'm from Bradenton which is about 45 min south of there. if anyone can give me some insight on some o the market trends in the tampa area that would be greatly appreciated.
