@John TeachoutAs I understand when an insurance company either cancel's a policy or increases premium it records the reason (s) for a such a change in a common platform that other insurance companys have access to giving them a good reason to keep the premium closer to the most recent insurance premium.I will continue shopping around but this provider was the lowest possible in my area as they are a budding or newer insurance provider therefore I am not feeling very hopeful.If I sell the home the buyer may also face the brunt of higher insurance premium.

Crowdfunding platforms - I know this is nothing profound but MOST syndicators here on BP are not on crowdfunding platforms because these platforms only seek experienced GPs, specially those who survived and thrived during the Great Recession of 2008-2009.
