That could throw you way off on value...After a quick search on Edina Realty I didn't see anything matching your description in Mendota Heights but I think I found it after a google search on Realtor.com. 

Google "fannie mae california deed of trust pdf" or "fannie mae fixed rate note" or similar and you will find samples of standard conventional loan paperwork.

Juan,My husband and I are considering the 203K loan adventure ourselves and I was glad to find this thread........I found it through a Google search and joined BP just to follow up with your findings.

It's not tech but the wages have to compete with the Googles and Teslas.The wife is on medical retirement- lost 3/4 of her income.Oldest kid is in one of the best school districts in the nation.

It's probably worth enough money to pay for more Google AdWords, or some freelance social media people to get your word out.
