There's a method to their madness. 

If the person purchasing the home is living in the home then they can pay at the 4% rate.They will need to show drivers license and car registration to prove the address matches.Otherwise person who is buying the house will have to pay 6% rate.I have used a land contract to sell/finance a property.

If they get mad, say I'm not a telemarketer, and don't have access to the do not call list, I was just calling local property owners, I'm sorry if I interrupted your day.

At this point I read the sticky in the real estate marketing section of the forum and realized I wasn't alone). 1 was redevelop my property to make my neighbors mad. 1 was buy my property so I arranged to meet with them.
