Now she says that there is mold and she had to go and purchase mold remediation stuff this weekend etc.. also there is gap in the side garage door we installed so pests are coming in, and AC guy took time to fix the problem which increased her PG&E bill $200 and there is a stump in the front yard which is a sore eye etc..My gut feeling is she doesn't have money to pay so she is using all these as excuse.

Once it arrives on site, the frame can be installed in a matter of days versus weeks.- Increased efficiency: I've read that a typical stick-build home is framed with 2x4 and modular walls usually have 2x6 with thicker insulation.- Less wear: Because the panels are built in climate-controlled conditions, there is less chance of weather damage during construction which can lead to warping, etc.I've seen estimate that this type of build can also lead to savings of 10% or more in total construction costs.

I use keyless locks (push button code) from homedepot they're about $100 and really easy to install and reset, battery lasts a very long time as well I would definitely use them for a vacation rental.
