I know of DR well, and don't have any consumer debt either.  

To reduce the risk on the seller side, you will need to make sure you are complying with all the consumer protection laws and laws governing sale of residential properties. 

David,The economics won't change, some of the cost will be borne by the consumers while some will likely result in slightly reduced rates--the deadweight loss will be marginal (lost demand).

If I were you, I'd consume as many podcasts as possible.

There are so many groups lending money but its time consuming to talk with them to find out they're not right for you.

But whatever the interval, if you have a large apartment house, this can be time consuming and exhausting physically.

The BP Podcast really does have a ton of good information and is easy to consume. 

The rehab was a little more time consuming than I originally anticipated but it's because I did most of the worn myself.

Bandit signs can be effective but they are also VERY time consuming to place, record where they are placed (I use an app that works rather well), and then retrieve, you can do it yourself or hire someone to place them for you at about $1 per sign.
