Her latest demand is that I wash the pollen off the outside of her house and that’s just not going to happen.

What the owner I managed for did, was he used the same color paint for all his properties, and when a tenant moved out, he'd just paint from the floor up to wherever he had to do any patching for nail holes.  

Businesses failing due to lack of income, and will likely not return to normal operation even after the economy re-opens due to falling consumer confidence if they remain solvent at all. 

Annual maintenance of washing the solar panels too.At our neighborhood pot luck bitching about solar and PGE was a favorite topic.

So it is more or less 'a wash' in the end. 

@Dennis Elverman what kind of renter have you picked up in the Wash Heights area? 

With 3 tenants paying rent on 3 of the 4 units, it will likely be a wash for mortgage payments.

That is DEFINITELY not the story with laundromats/car washes.

@Hugo Yu It's a wash tax-wise, because you have an expense that offsets the income if you have to pay closing costs.
