Often times there are meet-ups and virtual meetings that will allow you to get familiar with local investors, the current market, and what areas/contractors/realtors etc. are popular.

Networking events, seminars, virtual meetings, etc.Can you guys recommend or point me in the right direction?

When your virtually evaluating properties with the sellers over the phone, how are you then physically evaluating the properties?

I'm a big fan of live music, martial arts, hiking, and (surprise) video games.

I can't tell you how many people avoid paying $200 for awesome photos and a virtual tour. 

I’ve recently decided to wholesale virtually.

(I'd be happy to send you to my bookkeeper...shoot me a PM...she's virtual, so she can work anywhere) This setup is important for tracking P&L and other metrics across not only properties, but units (if investing in MF).
