Google $100 MLS

Find a company where you upload the pics and description.  Offer 2.5% to selling agent use the Google phone number 

Reply to all voicemails asking about the property with the identical text 

‘If you would like to see the property you may do so this Sunday at 10:00 AM’

Arrive at the property at 10:10.  Unlock the property

If priced right you could easily receive multiple offers 

Keep all agents phone number 

Text them when you have your next place for sale or if your deal falls through
