I'm the type of person who will soak up as much knowledge as I can on a subject.

I've been interested in getting started in real estate for awhile now but didn't have the funds/area knowledge to even know where to begin.

The article that Will posted the link to is public knowledge and perfectly all right to post on a BP thread.People are entering the field of Real Estate Investing every day.

-Even if you can't mentor me or live here maybe you could drop a little knowledge of what you know about the market in Columbus, OH.

Do you know what you're doing, have knowledge of RE or are you following a step by step program?

Maybe you should consider doing a little research or paying someone knowledgeable to assist you.

The knowledge and credibility you gain will be very helpful in obtaining investor clients.

I find this to be the best source for down to earth knowledge that is so hard to find sometimes.My plans for next 1-3 years is to get my first REI property and get my feet wet in the real estate.My future plan 5-15 years is to build a portfolio to retire on. :)I really enjoy BP and super excited to learn from all of you folks on here.
