I didn't like the idea of having to refinance that often so...Consequently, I talked the seller into seller financing at reasonable terms, and we managed to get the deal done.

I suspect that dollar valuation will be brought down to improve trade deficit, and more importantly to help revive our manufacturing sector and create jobs. there is a reason that China will continue to fund our debt and keep the Yuan artificially low and you can see the latest push out of Washington to change that.
