What a Tremendous Week of BP!!!

I'll be honest. Up until this week, BP has been a great resource, but it has not lead to a lot of direct deals. Two, in fact. Neither of which were for me, but for my father's retirement. Those were good deals, and I was very happy to get to know Loc R. during the process, and learn more about note investing.

This week, that changed. In a big way.

Deal #1: You may recall my post "Need to Assign CA RPA". Due to a lot of good advice, some fortunate circumstances, and a touch of creativity, I was able to assign the contract in question and pocket a healthy assignment fee. Already in the bank. Boo Ya. This was finalized on Monday.

Deal #2: I met a dude at the BP conference that did some talking about a deal. I did some research on that deal. I tried to find others like it. I found a broker and fellow BP member who was and continues to be very helpful in providing more info on the market in which this deal occurred and its surrounding areas. I closed my first deal in this market yesterday, which was Wednesday.

Deal #3: Remember those two note deals I referenced in the 1st paragraph? Well my father has turned into quite the successful day trader, and wanted more capital with which to trade (day trading in a Roth IRA scares me and excites me at the same time). So I was able to liquidate those notes to another BP member, making this a "2nd generation" BP deal. Very cool. This closed this morning.

Probably time I switch to a Pro membership, eh Joshua Dorkin?
