Does anyone know of a real estate attorney in Oregon, preferable one that understands subject to deals?

(First timer)I live in Southern California and I'm fresh into Real Estate investing/Land lording (Like 3 months fresh), and i'm already getting the itch to do more than just my one property.

We are based in Provo and focus on the Silicon Slopes proximity, but we deal with southern/northern Salt Lake county as well.

We also have the other Southern end of Orlando in the Kissimmee/St Cloud area where the prices are lower, rent prices good, but the tenants can be rent challenged at time!!

There is no way in hell I could rehab a home in southern California for $20 per square foot and if I budgeted that price, I would be off by about 50%.  

And even with your specification, there is a big difference between the climate in Southern Illinois and Northern Michigan.How old and efficient is the boilers(s),piping, radiators?
