The repair costs will take multiple years to recoup and with the age of the property I'm concerned if it's even worth holding long term or get out while I can before I fall into a money pit and get stuck.  

I had analysis paralysis yes it’s a real thing, even if it’s just an umbrella term for a multitude of factors.

When I am reaching out to few lenders, either I am hearing that long term rental loan isn't there for > 8-10 units OR can't do the loan because the loan amount is lesser.

Would you keep for the long term or sell this property?
