As others have said, I would offer to fix some of the easy/relevant l/cheap repairer items and explicitly state I'm not fixing others.

However if you're contacting someone like Cutting Edge in the first place maybe it's not something custom you're looking for.

And we've built, customized and have been fine tuning our machine for some time now.  

Rehab costs it is only relevant if a licensed contractor has provided this estimate.

I'm relevantly new to doing it so the data is not completely there but two months in and things are rolling very well.
